Return And Care Policy
Our items are handmade from recycled, pre-loved or vintage old fabrics and materials. Our items are perfectly, imperfect with lots of character, they have frays, pulls and scuffs that tell a story of the origin of the fabrics, Heavily embellished pieces are handcrafted by artisans with needle and thread, over time these may loosen or weaken so please take care of your item.
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds. We have an exchange only policy due to the nature of our fabrics
Exchanges
We are more than happy to do an exchange of unused, unworn, non-sale items in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your item.
The items must not be worn, altered or washed. If there are sign of any of the above the item will be sent back to you and you will not be eligible for an exchange.
)It can take up to 2 weeks to process your online store credit. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued an email informing you about your online store credit. Your store credit expires after 1 year.
All original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation and a photograph is needed before the item may be considered for an exchange. You will be required to send the item back and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You can contact us via the contact tab or email danihuggins2904@gmail.com to start the exchange process.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you information on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final
How do I care for my item?:
the majority of our items are handmade or upcycled and don't have care labels stitched in. Due to the nature of the vintage and recycled fabrics, some of our items are delicate and may require extra care when storing and cleaning. If your item is not looked after we cannot be held responsible for the deterioration if such instances occur.
Vintage fabrics/clothing - Dry clean only or cold hand wash, the tiniest amount of detergent can be used if needed and then hang dry on the line only
Embellished clothing - Cold hand wash only and line dry
Clothes - hand wash on 30 degrees and line dry only
